In any given MyZone Class, members can expect to see their Heart Rate, Caloric Loss, Heart Rate Percentage, and Effort Output in real time as they go through their workout. Equipment used will consist of Heart Rate Monitored Spin Bikes, Water Rowers, Dumbells, Kettlebells, Ropes, Pull-Up Bars, Cables and Circuit machines. All movements and classes are scalable and achievable for all levels.
